PICO-PLUS 0.05% composes with Chromium Picolinate. Chromium is mineral that most often associated with carbohydrate metabolism, being necessary for optimal insulin function and glucose uptake in cells. It has been speculated that chromium also increases the uptake of amino acids at the cellular level. This means there is more energy for growth and amino acids available to optimize muscle development.
